The couple have a daughter, Eira Thursday Clothier, born 5 January, 2013. The child is listed (tongue in cheek) in the Nov edition of Tatler as a possible bride for Prince George of Cambridge.

Presumably he is Christopher...

Is this a long standing engagement, or have the couple married?

George, Prince of Cambridge is a 6th cousin of Eira Thursday Clothier.

Indeed,
◦James Hamilton, Duke of Abercorn and Louisa Jane Russell
◦George John, Earl Spencer and Lavinia Bingham
◦John Crocker Bulteel and Elizabeth Grey

are at the same time

◦ancestors of the 7th generation of Eira Thursday Clothier
◦ancestors of the 7th generation of George, Prince of Cambridge
