Disclaimers used to be recorded in the House of Lords Minutes of Proceedings. Here is the most recent example (item 9):
https://publications.parliament.uk/pa/ld200102/minutes/020516/ldminute.htmWhen the ability to disclaim was introduced in 1963 the main purpose was to allow those succeeding to peerages to sit in the House of Commons. Since 1999 that has not been the case so there is now little purpose in disclaiming, and the only case (the 3rd Lord Silkin) was maybe one of following family tradition.
After the end of this session disclaimers will be of no concern to the House of Lords and presumably any further disclaimers will be reported only in the Gazette.
