The Mansfield earldoms are GB creations, but the Stormont viscountcy is a Scottish creation.

Would this make the new baby the "Master of Stormont", similar to the Arbuthnott viscountcy and its heir, the Master of Arbuthnott?

I think I answered my own question:

Per wikipedia, the courtesy title for the grandson of the Earl of Mansfield and Mansfield is the Master of Stormont.
