Holland-Hibbert and Miss L.A.R Willoughby - The engagement is announced between Thomas, eldest son of Mr and Mrs Henry Holland-Hibbert, of Munden, Watford, and Louisa, eldest daughter of Mr Guy Willoughby, of Ayrshire, and Mrs Fiona Willoughby, of Northumberland.
