From the Telegraph of 7 April 2021: WOLFE MURRAY Capt James Wolfe Murray of Seaforth Highlanders and Queen's Own Highlanders. Unexpectedly on 25th March 2021, aged 89. Beloved husband, father, grandfather and uncle. Private burial at Daviot, Inverness.

He was s of Lt-Col Robert Alexander WOLFE MURRAY DSO MC 1889-1973 (5xgt gs of Sir Alexander MURRAY of Blackbarony 2nd Bt d c1667) and Isobel Mary d 1970 d of Edward Armistead BAXTER. He m 1st 1961 (div 1969) Baroness Catherina Ingrid Madelaine d of Baron Eugene Fredrik Christer von Stedingk, of Ullaberg, Stjaürnhov, Sweden and had two daus. He m 2nd 1976 Sally Ann d of Eric Gordon Bean of Burnside, Struy, Inverness and had a son

The following extract is from BP ed 2003, vol 2, pg 2835, and relates to Lt- Col Robert Alexander Wolf Murray DSO MC:
