Funeral announced for HRH The Duchess of Kent

According to the BBC, and other sources, the funeral for HRH The Duchess of Kent will be held on September 16, 2025 at Westminster Cathedral.

The duchess was Catholic, and there will be a Requiem Mass for her funeral.  This will be the first royal Catholic funeral in the UK in modern times.

There will be a private family service, followed by burial at Frogmore, in Windsor.

The most senior members of the Royal Family will attend, led by the King and Queen.
