From the Daily Telegraph 7 April 2018 DEATHS ---   DIGBY Edward Henry Kenelm Digby, Twelfth Baron Digby of Geashill and Sherborne, KCVO, Lord Lieutenant of Dorset from 1984 to 1999, died on Easter Sunday aged 93. Greatly loved and respected husband of Dione for 64 years. Father of Henry, Rupert and Zara. Grandfather of Edward, Alexandra, Arabella, Olivia, Perdita, Hector and Mimi. Funeral at St. Andrew’s Church, Minterne Magna on Monday April 16th (close family only). Service of Thanksgiving in Sherborne Abbey on June 1st 2018 at 2.30 p.m.

He is succeeded as 13th Baron by his elder son Hon Henry Noel Kenelm Digby b 1954 m (1) 1980 (div 2001) Susan Watts (1 s 1 d) (2) 2002 Sophie Malim (1 s 2 ds).  The new heir is his elder son Edward St Vincent Kenelm Digby b 1985

From the House of Lords Minutes of Proceedings 27 February 2023:

Barony of Digby in the Peerage of Great Britain The Lord Chancellor reported that Henry Noel Kenelm Digby had established his claim to the Barony of Digby in the Peerage of Great Britain. The Clerk of the Parliaments was accordingly directed to enter Lord Digby on the register of hereditary peers maintained under Standing Order 9(4).

Barony of Digby in the Peerage of Ireland  The Lord Chancellor reported that Henry Noel Kenelm Digby had established his claim to the Barony of Digby in the Peerage of Ireland.
