From the Times of 4 January 2018: EADY The Honourable Hugh Toby, died peacefully at home on 24th December 2017, aged 76 years, after a long illness bravely borne. Beloved husband of Xinran. Private family funeral followed by a memorial service, at the London Book Fair, in Spring 2018. Donations in lieu of flowers, may be sent to The Mothers' Bridge of Love (Registered charity 1105543), c/o J H Kenyon, 83 Westbourne Grove, London.

He was s of 2nd Baron SWINFEN (1904-77) and Mary Aline CBE (1912-2002, the novelist Mary Wesley) d of Col Harold Mynors FARMAR CMG DSO (1878-1961) and Violet d of Sir William Bartlett DALBY (1840-1918). He m 2002 Xinran Xue (b 1958, Beijing), no issue.

I believe the 3rd Baron has only one son, Charles Roger Peregrine Swinfen EADY (b 1971), who as far as I am aware is unm, and so after him I believe there are no heirs. Does anybody have more information?
