Charles Villiers claims that his father did not die by accident, and
misappropriated the family funds.

Charles's mother Elizabeth (formerly Lady Sudeley) was elder daughter
of Derek Keppel, Viscount Bury by his first wife Lady Mairi Vane-
Tempest-Stewart, youngest child of Circe Londonderry and aunt of Lady
Annabel Goldsmith. I believe that Lady Mairi who inherited Mount
Stewart is still alive.
Questions were also raised about the death of Robert Fleetwood
Hesketh, second husband of Catherine Ingrid Guinness (formerly wife of
Lord Neidpath) eldest daughter of Jonathan Guinness, 3rd Baron Moyne.
Hesketh was grandson of an Earl of Scarbrough. He apparently died of
an accidental drug overdose. The reports confirm the names of his
children and stepchildren. Stepdaughter Mary Charteris is now a model,
I believe.

Estate owner's drug death
Jun 3 2005
By Julia Nason, Daily Post Correspondent
"The 1,600-acre [Meols Hall] Churchtown estate has now passed to Mr
Hesketh's only son and heir, 11-year-old Frank.
The estate will be held in trust until Frank reaches 18 years old.
Mr Hesketh was also father to 13-year-old twins Anna and Violet and
stepfather to Dick, 20, and Mary Charteris, 17."

"Rob Hesketh found great happiness in his marriage to Catherine
Guinness, eldest daughter of Lord Moyne and formerly wife of Lord
Neidpath, his three children (two daughters and a son), and two
stepchildren."
Their son together is called Francis or Frank, which confusingly is
also the first name of Catherine's son with Neidpath. According to a
message from Brooke elsewhere, this son (second in line to the earldom
of Wemyss & March) is called (Francis) Richard Guy Perry (b. Sep. 15,
1984) and goes by his second name. He uses Dick as a short form.
Many genealogies showed Mary Charteris as Mary Charteris-Hesketh (and
born in 1997s!), but she appears to have either dropped the name, or
never used it. Here is one such genealogy
http://www.william1.co.uk/w31.html
Catherine Ingrid Guinness, Hon., * 1952, Md.1) 1983 (div. 1988), James
Donald Charteris, Lord Neidpath, * 1948, s. of (Francis) David
Charteris, 10th Earl of Wemyss, 8th Earl of March.
* E1. (Francis) Richard (Dick) Charteris, Hon., * 1984.
* E2. Mary Olivia Charteris, Hon., * 1987.
# Md.2) 1990, Robert (Fleetwood) Hesketh, * 1956 [d Nov 2004], s. of
Roger Fleetwood Hesketh [& Lady Mary Constance Lumley, eldest dau of
the 11th Earl of Scarbrough].
* E3. Francis Roger Fleetwood Hesketh, * 1992.
* E4. Violet Ingrid Hesketh, * 1991.
* E5. Anna Mary Hesketh, * 1991.
* E6. Mary Olivia Charteris Hesketh, * 1997.
Very confusing.
Was Robert Hesketh related to this diplomat, another Robert Hesketh
(1789-1868)?
