Clarke, MP - The engagement is announced between Henry, eldest son of the late Mr John Coram-James and of the Countess of Harrowby, and Theodora, eldest daughter of the late Sir Tobias Clarke, Bt, of Bibury, Gloucestershire, and of Teresa, Lady Clarke.

Theo(dora) Roosevelt MP (C) for Stafford since 2019 (b 1985) d of Sir Charles Mansfield Tobias CLARKE 6th Bt (1939-2019) and his 2nd wife Teresa Lorraine Aphrodite (b 1958) d of Somerset Struben DE CHAIR (1911-95), scion of that gentry family (also father by his 4th w of Rt Hon Jacob REES-MOGG's wife, Helena (b 1977)), and his 3rd w Margaret Patricia FIELD-HART (1917-2004)

As noted in various postings over the years, the Clarke baronets descend from a first cousin of Theodore Roosevelt (1858-1919), President of the United States, 1901-09. Hence the bride-to-be's distinctive name.

Not sure, but possible that the present 7th Baronet Clarke of Dunham Lodge (younger brother of Theodora mentioned above), who succeeded his deceased father (6th  Baronet; mentioned above) may be the last remaining male in that line. But he is young, so there is a likelihood of future heirs.

The 7th Baronet is the only son of the 6th Baronet, however, there are many more heirs per Richard's post after the death of the 6th Baronet:

The first three heirs are descendants of the 5th Bt, the remainder descend from the 4th & 2nd Bts.
