From the Telegraph of 6 March 2021: Mr C. von Celsing and the Hon Philippa Cadogan - The engagement is announced between Christian, son of Mr and Mrs Hans von Celsing, and Philippa, daughter of Viscount Chelsea and Katharina, Viscountess Chelsea.
