From the Telegraph and Times of 1 December 2014: Mr W.J.C. Leeming and Miss M-A. Watson - The engagement is announced between William, elder son of Mr James Leeming and Mrs Anne Abel Smith, and Lexie, daughter of Mr Michael Watson and Mrs Graeme Sloan.

William James C (b c1986 reg Q1 Nottinghamshire) s of James Henry LEEMING (b 1952 reg Q2 Carlisle) of West Bridgford, Nottingham and (?his former w) Anne Elizabeth (b 1950) d of Capt Jocelyn Abel SMITH (1906-66), scion of that gentry family formerly of Woodhill and Goldings.

Leeming, James Henry passed away suddenly but peacefully at home on 19th October 2021, aged 65. Dearly loved father, brother, uncle, father-in-law, grandfather and friend. Funeral to be held in Nottingham.

As William Leeming is mentioned as person who placed the announcement I wondered if this was him anyway.

I think that Netty has correctly identified the James Henry LEEMING who died on 19 October 2021. However, the funeral guide incorrectly gives his year of birth as 1954 - company records show that he was born on 15 March 1956 (incidentally, the James Henry Leeming who was born in April 1952 is a chartered surveyor from Kelso, Roxburghshire).

Per company records, William James Christopher LEEMING was born in December 1985, and his brother, Oliver Alexander Johnson LEEMING, was born in February 1987.
