From the Telegraph of 13 Dec 2025: CARDEN Christopher Robert died aged 79 on 5th December 2025, suddenly at his home in Buena Vista, Bolivia.

He was s of Lt-Col Sir Henry Christopher CARDEN 4 Bt 1908-93 and his 1 w (her 1 h) Jane St Clare 1922-2012 (Mrs Pilkington) d of Thomas Edward St Clare DANIELL OBE MC 1886-1957 by his 10 Feb 1917 m (St Mary, Oatlands, Surrey) to Brenda Constance OAKLEY 1891-1968. He m & div twice (in 1972 (div 1979) to Sainimere ROKOTUIBAU of Suva, Fiji and in 1981 (div 1996) to Clarita PERALTA of Manila, Philippines) but had no issue.

He established his claim to the title after DPB2019 had gone to press. The title is now EXTINCT.
