From the Times of 2 Dec 2022: MARR Anne Valerie (née Stevenson) (Longforgan by Dundee) on Sunday 20th November 2022, peacefully, with her family by her side. Beloved wife of the late William Donald, much-loved and loving mother of Andrew, Lucy, Katie and Sally, also a dear grandmother. A private family committal will be held. A Thanksgiving Service will be held at Longforgan Parish Church on Thursday 15th December at 2pm, to which all friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only, please.
She m 1957 ref 644/3/331 Dennistoun, (William) Donald MARR 1930-2020, and had a son and three daus as above. Her son, the journalist Andrew William Stevenson MARR b 1959 m 1987 the journalist Hon Jacqueline (Jackie) ASHLEY b 1954 d of the LP Baron ASHLEY OF STOKE 1922-2012 and Pauliine Kay 1932-2003 d of Clarence Adley CRISPIN 1903-50 and Kathleen ELLIOT 1907-94, and had a son and two daus
