Overvoorde - The engagement is announced between Tom, twin son of Mr Jonathan Malcolm Green, of Wiston, West Sussex, and Mrs William Phillips, of Pulborough, West Sussex, and Lucy, daughter of Mr and Mrs Peter Overvoorde, of Keyingham, East Riding of Yorkshire.

Thomas (Tom) Oliver (b 1984) s of Hon Christopher Anthony Robert EMMET JP (1925-96, s of the LP Baroness EMMET OF AMBERLEY, a scion of the RENNELL barons) and Lady Miranda Mary FITZALAN HOWARD (b 1927, d of 3rd Baron HOWARD OF GLOSSOP (1885-1972) and the Baroness BEAUMONT in her own right (1894-1971) and sis of the 17th Duke of NORFOLK).

Lucy Rose (b 1986 reg Q4 Yorkshire) d of Peter A OVERVOORDE (b c1957 reg Q1 Yorkshire) and Rosemary J SOMERVILLE.
