Godchildren and the Royal Family

While I was writing up vol 2 of the 3rd edition The Complete Peerage, it came to my mind that several peers and other individuals associated/related to the Royal Family are godchildren to various members, e.g. King Charles III, the late Queen Elizabeth II etc. I wonder, would anyone happen to have an idea of just how many children have been godchildren to members of the Royal Family?

I am specifically interested in peers, their spouses and heirs apparent. If anyone would be able to furnish some names (or indeed a list) of godchildren and Royal Family members, it would be very useful to include such info in the work.
