An aristocrat has cut his eldest son and heir out of his £46 million
will because he disapproved of his career producing blue movies.

The late Lord Feversham, who died in March last year, has disinherited
his eldest son Jasper and instead shared his estate with his remaining
three children and second wife.

His second son Jake, 37, is living in the family home Duncombe Park in
North Yorkshire with his wife, two children and Lord Feversham's widow
the Dowager Lady Feversham, an 18th century stately home set in 14,000
acres, which would ordinarily have been left to the eldest male heir.

The extent of the family feud was disclosed in newly released
documents to the high court.

In a glaring omission, his will named his three other children, Jake,
and Melissa, 36, from his first marriage, and Patrick, 28, from his
second marriage, to receive equal shares of the trust's income but
failed to make any mention of his first child.

Jasper Duncombe, who did inherit his father's title to become the
seventh Lord Feversham, 41, lives in Fulham, London and runs two
pornography companies, Tongue in Cheek and Relish XXX.

The latter company distributes porn films, including titles such as To
The Manor Porn, to NHS fertility clinics and sperm banks. A recent
venture involves installing pornographic vending machines, selling
videos and DVDs and pub bathrooms.

Mr Duncombe, dubbed the "porn baron", said yesterday he would "never
talk about family business".

He has previously made reference to the falling out with his father,
saying that he is "proceeding on the basis that I'm not going to get
anything."

"I think I'm going to have to provide for both myself and any future
family in the years to come," he has admitted.

Nonetheless there is hope that his son Orlando Balthazar may be
eligible for a proportion of trust left by the sixth Lord Feversham.
He was born after his grandfather's death to Mr Duncombe and his wife
Candida Boddington, a photographer.

The will specifies that its beneficiaries should include "remoter
issue" as well as the named immediate family.

Mr Duncombe's career choice is at odds with his blue-blood upbringing.
He attended Gordonstoun School with Prince Edward.

In 1993 he was convicted of attempted robbery while high on cocaine
and sent to prison for three years.

He had tried to hold up a surveillance shop while wearing a false
moustache. His lawyer at the time argued that he never recovered from
the death of his mother from a drug overdose when he was eight years
old.

The late Lord Feversham restored Duncombe Park as a family home after
it had been used as an all girls' school from the 1920s.

The current Lord Faversham probably doesn't need his father's money,
porn usually sells well and I am sure that he is making a mint. Though
it might be rather depressing living in Fulham as opposed to a fully
fledged stately home. If I were him I would leave the family to it,
one would hope that the new baron would marry beget heirs to the title
which would just distance the title and the house even further.

Was the child mentioned here born before OR after Lord F's marriage to
Candida Boddington ???

+++++++Nonetheless there is hope that his son Orlando Balthazar may be

eligible for a proportion of trust left by the sixth Lord Feversham.

The Daily Mail writes:
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1255210/Porn-Baron-cut-father-s-will.html

"Since Feversham’s death, however, Jasper has himself produced a son
and heir, Orlando Balthazar, and married the baby’s mother,
photographer Candida Boddington."

This seems to imply that the birth came before the marriage; i.e. that
young Orlando Balthazar is not therefore eligible to inherit the
barony. Don't know about his eligibility for the family money.

For what it's worth:

Using Google, according to the site everything2.com:

"In 2009, Jasper married a photographer named Candida Boddington in
anticipation of the arrival of his son Orlando Balthazar Duncombe
born on the 16th July 2009 who is now heir to both the Feversham title
and his father's pornography empire."

Can anyone check this out in Who's Who 2010?
