Bernard Melchior Feilden was born in Hampstead, London in 1919 to a
family proud of its public service. His mother was descended from
engineers and architects, including the chief architect of the
Stockton and Darlington Railway. His father, who won an MC in France
during the First World War, later ran a ranch in British Columbia
where Feilden received the scar on his face from his twin brother, who
was careless with a pickaxe.

Simple answer is no, there's no obvious connection with any of the
peerage/landed gentry families (ie Feilden Bts or LG Feilden of
Cokethorpe formerly of Witton Park).
His second wife & widow is Christina (Tina) Matilda Beatrice (b 1940)
dau of Henry Frederick Erskine Tufnell (1903- ) of the LG family of
Tufnell of Langleys and his second wife Susan Mary dau Capt Henry
Cecil Pember and his wife Evelyn Mary dau of Sir (Lewis) Amherst Selby-
Bigge 1st Bt.
Henry Tufnell's parents were Rev Frederick Tufnell (1860-1920) and
Lady Frances Elizabeth Erskine dau of 11th Earl of Mar and 13th of
Kellie.
Sir Bernard's widow is not the mother of his four children, hence
these connections are only by marriage and are not passed on to his
descendants. Lady Feilden was previously the wife of Ian Lindsay
Murdoch.
