Mr I. Dick and Miss M. Swire
The engagement is announced between Ian, younger son of the late Mr
John Brand Dick and of Mrs Clarke and stepson of Mr John Clarke, Isle
of Wight, and Milly, younger daughter of Mr and Mrs Rhoderick Swire,
Aldenham Park, Shropshire.

Ian Charles (b 1979, reg June, Shropshire) is the son of John Brand
DICK (1946-85) and Susan Elizabeth (b 1949 reg Q2, Isle of Wight) d of
Maj John Desmond DILLON (1921-88) of Yarmouth, Isle of Wight and Lucia
Scrace (1920-2003) d Col Cecil Henry BRENT-GOOD (1880-1976) of
Norlands, Yarmouth, Isle of Wight and Irene Fillingham SAXBY
(1890-1972).

Camilla (Milly) Emma (b 1985, reg February, Westminster) is d of
Rhoderick (Rhoddy) Martin SWIRE (b 1951), scion of that gentry family
of Hubbards Hall formerly of Hillingdon House and (through his mother)
of the earls of GLASGOW, and Georgina M THOMPSON.
