From the Times of 14 December 2019: MR H PELHAM AND DR C RHIND The engagement is announced between Henry son of Mr and Mrs Charles Pelham of Newmarket and Petworth and Charlotte daughter of Dr and Mrs Stephen Rhind of Cambridge.

Dr Charlotte Anne-Marie Navarra (b 1988 reg Q3 Buckinghamshire) d of Stephen K RHIND (b c1959 Manchester) by his 1984 m (reg Q3 Cambridgeshire) to Beatrice A NAVARRA (b c1955).
