From the Telegraph of 27 Sep 2023: TAYLOR Alexandra Nancy (née Howard) died peacefully at home in London on Sunday 17th September. Much loved wife to Christopher, wonderful mother to Emily, Alexia and Argie and a brilliant grandmother, always known as Yaya, to Dominic, Fleur, Agatha, Georgie, Willoughby, Marietta and Celestia. Thanksgiving Service on Thursday 9th November at 11.30 a.m., St George's, Aubrey Walk, London. 

She was d of Maj Roger Alexander HOWARD 1919-98 (3xgt gs of 5^th Earl of CARLISLE 1748-1825, 4xgt gs of 1^st Earl of BURLINGTON 1754-1834 (s of 4^th Duke of DEVONSHIRE 1720-64 and gf of the 7^th Duke 1808-91), etc etc) and Jean 1917-2007 d of Vice-Adm Argentine Hugh ALINGTON 1876-1945 scion of that gentry family of Little Barford and Janet Marchant 1883-1975 d of Howard Henry TOOTH CB CMG 1856-1925 and his 1^st w Mary Beatrice PRICE 1859-1905. She m 1971 Christopher Skidmore s of S E W TAYLOR of Sonning, Berks, and had a son and two daus as above.
