From the Telegraph of 6 Jan 2026: TENNANT Rosemary (née Stockdale) died peacefully on 9th December 2025 after a short illness, aged 91. She was d of Lt-Col (Henry Charles) Minshull STOCKDALE 1902-81 (elder bro of Sir Edmund Villiers Minshull STOCKDALE 1 Bt 1903-89) and Hon Margaret Violet HENDERSON 1904-76 (gd of 1 Baron FARINGDON 1850-1934, as well gd of 11 Earl of CARNWATH 1847-1910, etc). She m 1954 Sir Anthony John 1930-2011 s of Major John TENNANT 1899-1967 (gs of Sir Charles Clow TENNANT 1 Bt 1823-1906 of The Glen who was f of 1 Baron GLENCONNER 1859-1920) and Hon Antonia Mary Roby BENSON 1903-77 d of 1 Baron CHARNWOOD 1864-1945, and had two sons.
