From the Telegraph of 11 June 2021: NEAL Harry Morton died peacefully on 8th June 2021, aged 89, at home. Much loved husband of Cecilia, father of Michael, Camilla, Carolyn and Alexandra, grandfather and great grandfather. Family funeral. Details of service of thanksgiving to follow.
He was s of Godfrey French NEAL 1904-85 by his 1928 m reg Q2 Middx to Janet Bryce MORTON 1909-60. He m 1954 Cecilia Elizabeth d of Col Mervyn CRAWFORD DSO of Dalgonar, Dunscore, Dumfrieshire, and had a son (Michael Harry Walker who m 1987 Sophia Mary b 1959 d of Sir Geoffrey Christopher John PALMER 12th Bt b 1936 and Clarissa Mary VILLIERS-SMITH b 1938 gt gd of 2nd Baron NORTHBOURNE 1846-1923, and had a son and a dau) and three daus as above.
