From the Telegraph of 24 Jan 2023: Mr J.W.T. Soames and Miss E.C. Cator - The engagement is announced between Jack, younger son of the Hon Rupert and Mrs Soames, of Buckinghamshire, and Eleanor, youngest daughter of Mrs Charles Cator and the late Mr Charles Cator, of Norfolk.
