Philip Ralph Noble, born 1930, is listed as living in the 2019 Debrett's, but seems to have died as long ago as 2002:

It is with great sorrow we announce that after a valiant and courageous battle, Philip died peacefully in the arms of his family on Friday, November 8th, 2002. Beloved husband and friend of Joane. Loving father of Robin Louise and Simone Alexandra. A Memorial Service will be held at the Cathedral Church of St. James at King and Church Streets on Saturday, November 16th at 4:30 p.m...."

Thanks, and sorry...  I do try to search the archive when I find something, to see whether it has already been posted, and admittedly I usually find that Colin or other members have already found it. :)  

In those cases if I have additional information to add, I add it as supplementary information to the topics already existing, such as I did yesterday for Nightingale and Glenister. In this case I suppose I may have misspelled his name when searching the archive. :(
