From the Telegraph of 12 Dec 2025: ROWAN-HAMILTON Jeanetta. Our adored mother, sister, great aunt and Gummy. Died suddenly on 3rd December. Private funeral. Memorial to follow.

She was d of Lt-Col Angus David 1919-78 (s of Brig Gawain Basil (Guy) ROWAN-HAMILTON DSO MC 1884-1947 scion of that Irish gentry family and Phyllis Frances 1894- d of Hon Lord BLACKBURN 1864-1944 a Lord of Session and Lady Constance BOWES-LYON 1865-1951 d of 13 Earl of STRATHMORE & KINGHORNE 1824-1904 who was The KING's 2xgt aunt) and Jean(etta) Rees 1924-2020 d of Col Vivian Noverre LOCKETT 1880-1962 scion of that gentry family of Clonterbrook, and Violet Rees 1890-1986 d of Russell James COLMAN scion of that gentry family of Crown Point. She m 1980 reg Q2 Chelsea David William STRECKER 1944-99 and had issue,
