Rothschild/Basey engagement??

According to "Girl About Town" in the Daily Mail, the Honourable Nathaniel "Nat" Rothschild is to wed (as his 2nd wife)  Loretta Basey, formerly known as Elle Basey with a colorful past, originally from Northwood, Middlesex.  The couple reportedly became engaged in December 2015 and are to marry in or near Klosters, with a post-wedding party in Wiltshire at a friend's house.

He was previously married to Annabel Neilson, with no issue.  Nat Rothschild is the youngest child and only son of Jacob, 4th Baron Rothschild by his wife Serena Dunn, a descendant of the Earls of Rosslyn. His cousin James, now married to Nicky Hilton and expecting their first child together, is the next heir presumptive.

However, no official announcement appears to have been made.
