From the Telegraph of 1 May 2021: Mr T. Arnall and Miss H.R. Bulmer - The engagement is announced between Thomas, son of the late Mr David Arnall and of Mrs Arnall, of Tonbridge, and Hesper Rose, daughter of Mr Jonathan Bulmer, of Sheviock, Cornwall, and the late Lady Marcia Rose Bulmer (née Leveson-Gower), of North Uist.

Hesper Rose Constance b 1990 dau of Jonathan Charles BULMER b 17 July 1944 reg Q3 Herefs&Worcs and his late 2nd w Lady Marcia Rose Aileen LEVESON-GOWER 1961-2005 d of 5th Earl GRANVILLE 1918-96 (s of 4th Earl GRANVILLE and Lady Rose Constance BOWES-LYON 1890-1967 d of 14th Earl of STRATHMORE & KINGHORNE 1855-1944 and thus the yst of the three older sisters of The late Queen ELIZABETH The Queen Mother 1900-2002).
The prospective bride is The QUEEN's first cousin twice removed and a third cousin of The Princes WILLIAM & HARRY.
