She was d of William Thomas DUGAN 1909-86 and Eileen Alice Norah PHILLIPS 1910-2005. She m 1958 reg Q2 Portsmouth (Alexander) John 1929-2006 s of Thomas George RHIND-TUTT 1870-1951 and Muriel Unwin BUTLER 1894-1975, and had two sons and a dau as above. Their dau Emma Charlotte b c1966 reg Q1 Windsor m 1997 Fergus Anthony Colquhoun b 1967 s of Hon Michael Henry Colquhoun PERY 1937-2021 (s of 5th Earl of LIMERICK 1888-1967 and Dame Angela Olivia DBE 1897-1981 yr d of Lt-Col Sir Henry TROTTER KCMG CB 1841-1919, scion of that gentry family of Barton Hartshorne, and Olivia Georgiana WELLESLEY 1857-1956 (gt gd of 1st Earl of MORNINGTON 1735-81 f of the 1st Duke of WELLINGTON 1769-1852, etc) and Jennifer Mary b 1940 d of John Anthony STUART-WILLIAMS of Braughing, Herts and Felicia Mary SMITH 1915-2008, and had a son and two daus.
