From the Telegraph of 30 Jan 2021: The Duke of Roxburghe and Miss A. Green - The engagement is announced between the Duke of Roxburghe, eldest son of the late Duke of Roxburghe and of Lady Jane Dawnay, and Annabel, daughter of the late Mr Ian Green and of Mrs Patrick Quirk.

11th Duke of ROXBURGHE (b 1981) s of 10th Duke of ROXBURGHE (1954-2019) and his 1st wife (her 1st h) Lady Jane Meriel GROSVENOR (b 1953, who m 2nd her 2nd cousin Edward William DAWNAY gs of 9th Viscount DOWNE) d of 5th Duke of WESTMINSTER (1910-79) and Hon Viola Maud LYTTELTON (1912-87) d of 9th Viscount COBHAM (1881-1949). He m 1st 2011 (div 2012) Hon Charlotte Susanna AITKEN (b 1982) d of 2nd Baron BEAVERBROOK (b 1951), no issue.

The Duke's first wife must be the daughter of the 3rd Baron Beaverbrook. The 2nd Baron succeeded in 1964 but disclaimed the title three days later, which may be why the confusion has arisen.

Yes, it's the 3rd Baron Beaverbrook who was born in 1952, not the 2nd Baron as in the original post.
