Lord, Count of the Holy Roman Empire. So on that basis, M.T is also a

It's a strangely worded announcement. The father is César del Alcazar y Silvela, conde del Sacro Romano Imperio (son of Diego del Alcazar y Caro, 9th marqués de la Romana) and his wife is Paz González de Aguilar y de la Peña is the daughter of Antonio González de Aguilar y Enrile, 8th marqués del Arenal and Elvira de la Peña y González-Camino. I wonder why his full name was given.....
