From the Times of 3 Dec 2022: LORD P. FITZALAN HOWARD AND MISS G. R. FOWLER The engagement is announced between Philip, youngest son of the Duke of Norfolk and Georgina, Duchess of Norfolk, of Arundel, Sussex, and Georgia, daughter of Mr and Mrs Rupert Fowler of Hungerford, West Berkshire.
