From the Telegraph & Times of 29 May 2021: Mr F.H. Kerr-Smiley and Miss L.B. Harley - The engagement is announced between Frederick, son of Mr and Mrs Mark Kerr-Smiley, of Kensington, London, and Brilliana, eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs Edward Harley, of Brampton Bryan Hall, Herefordshire.
