Philip David de Lerisson (b 1982 reg Q2 Cambridge) s of Michael Philip de Lerisson CAZENOVE (b 1946) scion of that gentry family, and Carolyn Anne (b 1950) d of Ivor Christopher FAULCONER (b 1921), scion of the KNUTSFORD viscounts, and his 1st w Anne Jacqueline FLEMING.
