From Telegraph of 3 September 2014: Mr T.M.C. Straker and Miss D.P.V. Pownall  - The engagement is announced between Thomas, son of Col and Mrs Matthew Straker, of Abbey Dore, Herefordshire, and Davina, youngest daughter of Mr and Mrs Nicholas Pownall, of Great Durnford, Wiltshire.

I take the groom to be Thomas Matthew C (b 1988 reg Q1 Notts) s of Col Matthew Adam STRAKER (b 1954), scion of that gentry family of Stagshaw, and Jane Clare ANTHONY.

Davina Peggy V (b 1991 reg Q2 London) d of Nicholas C D POWNALL (b 1959 reg Q4 London, s of Judge Henry Charles Pownall QC (1927-2003) and Sarah Bettine DEVERELL (b 1934), scion of the gentry family of that name of Bossington) and Philippa E D d of David SQUAREY of Vancouver, Canada.

Had a look in Ancestry, but Matthew Adam Straker and Jane Cla(y)re Anthony as far as I can see only had (Times Archive):
- Olivia Jane Straker, born 14 November 1988
- Daughter, born 28 February 1990

The maiden name of the mother of Thomas Matthew (without a C) Staker, birth registered in February 1988 is listed as Wood.

Not after all ... another look in Ancestry, and suddenly it pops up that Matthew Adam Straker and Jane had a boy and a girl, twins also, on 28 February 1990.

Phoenix at Nobiliana had a look in records I can't see and says:
"Thomas Matthew C Straker (mother's maiden surname Anthony) was born in 1990 In Washington, USA (Overseas Births at Findmypast)"

The C is Coppin?  It crops up quite a bit in this family.
