Does anyone know the family connection of  Lt. Col. William Arthur Blennerhassett who had a daughter Flora, who married Sir Anthony Hanson, 4th Bart.?

 No family information other than his daughter, Flora.

Flora Liebe 1897-1956 m 1922 as his 3 w Sir Gerald Stanhope HANSON 2 Bt 1867-1946 and was the mother (not the wife) of the 4 & final Bt mentioned above. She was d of Lt-Col William Arthur BLENNERHASSETT 1869- of Clifton, Bristol [by his 11 July 1892 m (St Catherine, Jamaica) to Mabel Annie WILLIAMS].

There is a W A Blennerhassett in the Irish gentry family of that name (see attached) but his details don't match with the above, although there is a Jamaica connection.

It would appear from the family tree there that Flora Liebe Blennerhassett was Lt-Col Blennerhassett's daughter, although see https://ancestors.familysearch.org/en/G3XT-75W/flora-liebe-lyman-aka-blennerhassett-1897-1956, where she is shown as Edgar Lyman's daughter.
