From the Times of 20 August 2018: HILL-WOOD On 1st August 2018 to Lady Emma [sic] Hill-Wood (nee Dixon) and Sir Samuel Hill-Wood, twins, George David and Clementine Marguerite.
Sir Samuel Thomas HILL-WOOD 4th Bt (b 1971) m 2014 Emma Jane d of Mark H DIXON of Wallingford, Oxfordshire. The Baronet, who will be 47 on 24 August, now has an heir apparent.
It's unfortunate that the Telegraph's announcement implies the former Miss Dixon is the dau of an earl or a peer of higher degree.
