She was d of Leslie Boland CARMAN 1893-1967 of Fareham, Hants by his 1929 m reg Q3 Hants to Elsie Louise WATTS 1903-92. She m 1964 Nicholas (Nick) Hugh b 1938 s of Lt-Cdr Hugh Deane WYLDBORE-SMITH 1907-ka1941 (2xgt gs of Sir John Wyldbore SMITH 2^nd Bt 1770-1852) and Rachel Caroline Lucy 1906-99 d of Rev Edward Yarde ORLEBAR 1872-1949 scion of that gentry family of Hinwick and Lucy Eleanor 1879-1952 d of Lt-Col Harry Godfrey THORNTON 1845-92 scion of the ASTELL gentry family of Woodbury & Thornton and Lucy Jemima PYM 1850-1911 scion of that gentry family of Hazells Hall, and had two sons as above.
