The new baron has seven children three boys and four girls and has brother who has one son born in 86, interesting that in recent editions of Debretts the new baron is listed as residing at Kilverstone Hall in Norfolk which I believe was the originally the property of the second baron, though the designation of the title is Fisher of Kilverstone, I did hear something about a zoo being opened up there. Does anyone know if there is any substantial acreage in the hands of the family?

Kilverstone Hall was enlarged by Josiah Vavasseur, who was an inventor and technical director of the arms manufacturing firm William Armstrong Ltd. It included a parkland estate of 3,000 acres. Upon Josiah Vavasseur's death the house and park were inherited by Cecil Fisher - son of Jacky Fisher and adopted heir to Vavasseur. Admiral Fisher and his wife moved into the Hall at Cecil's invitation upon his retirement in 1910. As he was ennobled in 1909, it makes sense that Kilverstone appeared as a TD in his title. The 1st Lord's remains are buried in St Andrew's churchyard adjoining the Hall.
