The Hon Charles Henry Bailey, son and ha of Baron Glanusk, has changed his name by deed poll from Charles Henry to CB - DPB online.

DPB records he now works for Bloomberg.  His twitter profile indicates he is Git advocate [not sure what that is]; trans; non-binary. They/them.  He appears also to go by the name Phoebe

I think it's worth looking into other heirs regardless of the gender of CB's spouse.  (My own  guess, based on just the name alone, is that Silvie ZAMAZALOVA is a woman.)

The couple has been married since 2009, so the "assumption" would be that they would have produced children by now.  Since none are at least listed in the DB database, we need to look elsewhere for possible heirs.

On that basis we should look into other heirs; the next heirs appear to be: 

1. Lancelot O B., b 1936 (resident in France?) - descended from 5th son of 1st Baron.

2. Antoine L G B., b 1965 - only son of 1.

3. Malcolm B. b 19--   eldest son of 2.

4. Owen B. b 19--   second son of 2.

There seem to be plenty of heirs following this, so I don't think the title is at risk, though with only a few heirs listed born in the 20th century probably means that up-to-date information is lacking.
