She was d of Noel ROBERTSON, an Australian First World War veteran. She m 1st c1967 Martin PAGE (m annulled before 1981) and had a son, Jamie (b 1968). She m 2nd 1981 (reg Q4 London) Edward A S (b 1945 reg Q1 Surrery) s of Sir Edward George Warris HULTON (1906-88, illegt s of Sir Edward HULTON 1st Bt, so was unable to succeed & the title became extinct) and his former wife Princess Nika YOURIEVITCH (1916-95) d of Prince Sergey Alexandrovich YURIEVITCH (1875-1969) and Princess Helene LIPOVATZ (1895-1957). She m 3rd 1988 (div 1995) 15th Duke of HAMILTON &c (1938-2010). 

There appear to be several versions of the name YURIEVITCH. I've gone for this version.

She is not listed in Debretts - is there a Debretts policy of not including former wives of deceased peers (unless they are the mother of existing peer) but only widows?

In a word, yes, I think that is the usual policy (not going to say always as Debrett's can be quite mercurial). She's mentioned in the predecessors section of course.

In Wikipedia he is Serge Youriévitch

It looks like he wasn't a prince. Both English and Russian Wikipedia articles don't mention any title.

In Serbian language he is also not styled as Prince.

His princely title was granted by Grand Duke Kirill Vladimirovich of Russia in 1938. Kirill assumed the headship of the Imperial Family of Russia in 1924.

His grandfather Semyon Alekseevich Yurievich was from the szlachta (Polish nobility).
