From the Telegraph of 26 September 2015: Senhor R. Zequi Sitrangulo and Miss A.C. Buchan - The engagement is announced between Ricardo, son of Dr Cid José Sitrangulo and Senhora Cibele Zequi Sitrangulo, of São Paulo, and Annabel, eldest daughter of the Hon Edward and Mrs Buchan, of Kington Langley, Wiltshire.
Annabel Clare (b 1986) d of Hon (Charles Walter) Edward Ralph BUCHAN (b 1951, s of the 3rd Baron TWEEDSMUIR (1916-2008) and his 2nd w Barbara Howard (1924-69) d of Ernest Nash ENSOR (1891-1979) of Wimbledon and Margaret Annie REES (c1891-1952)), and Fiona Jane (b 1953 reg Q4 Staffordshire, d of Capt Edmund Paul CARLISLE (b 1922) of Penyrwrlodd, Hay-on-Wye and Rosemary Elizabeth Annabel THURSBY-PELHAM (b 1923), scion of that Welsh gentry family (formerly Peel) formerly of Danyrallt).
