_.The marriage took place 10 Sept  2011, at St Margaret's Church, Lothbury, London, between Mr Sam William Francis Parker Bowles [b 1981], scion of the Earls of Macclesfield, son of Simon Humphrey Parker Bowles [b 1941] by his wife the former Carolyn Potter, and Miss Louisa M. Arnold.

we also missed the Telegraph's October 2010 engagement announcement,
where we learn Louisa's mother's name and her country of origin:

Mr S.W.F. Parker Bowles and Miss L.M. Arnold
The engagement is announced between Sam, younger son of Mr and Mrs
Simon Parker Bowles, of London, and Louisa, daughter of Professor
