He was s of 2nd Viscount WEIR 1905-75 and Dorothy Isabel Lucy 1907-72 d of James Fuidge CROWDY 1876-1934 of Ontario, Canada by his 1902 m reg Q3 Ontario to Mabel Crichton KEEFER 1878-1935. He m 1st 1977 (div 1998) Haude Chantal Gabrielle d of Marc CHARPENTIER of Paris, and had two daus as above. He m 2nd Dorothy Dutoit d of I. Harold ATKINSON of Minneapolis. [?div].
