Is this the dau of Graham Vernon APPLEYARD who m 1997 Camilla June b 1969 d of Capt Peter George GLOSSOP b 1932 scion of that gentry family f/o Silver Hall and Sarah June b 1939 d of Cdr Felix Gilbert VANDEN-BEMPDE-JOHNSTONE 1904-64 (gs of 1^st Baron DERWENT 1829-1916) and his 1^st w (her 2^nd h) Jessie Helen June 1908-97 (prev. Mrs Edward Estcourt, later Mrs Barford) d of Herbert William LOOKER 1871-1951 (solicitor) by his 10 Aug 1906 m (Yokohama, Japan) to his 1^st w Muriel Jessie Lloyd THOMAS d 1918.

Their other two children are in DPB and were b reg Lambeth. This Barnsley registration is 100s of miles from there, but I’m encouraged to post by the belief that the combination of APPLEYARD/GLOSSOP parent names must surely be very rare if not unique.
