From the Telegraph and Times of 27 April 2019: SEELY (Bt) Sir Nigel Edward, died peacefully at home, on 25th April 2019, aged 95. Much loved husband to Trudi, beloved father to Charlotte, Catherine and Hetty. Funeral Service at St James's, Sussex Gardens, at 3 p.m. on Wednesday 8th May.
He was s of Maj Sir Victor Basil John SEELY 4th Bt (1900-80) and his 1st w (her 2nd husband, she was widow of Sir John Shiffner 6th Bt, who was ka 1918 just two months after their marriage) Sybil Helen (1898-1994, having m 3rdly the LP Baron Paget of Northampton) d of Sills Clifford GIBBONS (1833-1927, dentist & surgeon) of Scaynes HIll, Sussex, and his 2nd w Beatrice Helen Maud SARGENT (1864-1954). He m 1st 1948 (reg Q3 London) Loraine (1924-2007) d of Wilfred [LINDLEY-]TRAVIS (1896-1948) by his c1920 m to Ethel Gertrude LINDLEY (1889-1983), and had three daus. He m 2nd 1984 Trudi M (b 1942 reg Q2 Berkshire) d of Sidney PACTER by his 1941 m (reg Q2 Berkshire) to Frieda GOLDBERG. His (half) nephew succeeds him:
[Sir] William Victor Conway SEELY [6th Bt] (b 1983), unm. Has yet to establish his claim and appear on The Baronetage Roll. He is s of Maj Victor Ronald SEELY (1941-2009) s of Sir Victor Basil John SEELY 4th Bt (1900-80) and his 3rd w Mary Frances Margaret (1905-87, d of William Ronald COLLINS (1868-1942) by his 1903 m (reg Q3 Harrow) to Margaret HELSHAM-JONES (c1877-, see Burke's Family Records p352)), and Annette Bruce (1948-2018) d of Lt-Col John A D McEWEN of Salperton House, Gloucestershire by his c1944 m (reg Q1 Cheshire) to Yvonne Crossley PRATT (1918-96).
The heir presumptive is CHARLES JOHN HOWELL Seely (b 1937), unm, elder s of Sqdn-Ldr Nigel Richard William SEELY (1902-43, s of the 2nd Baronet). Second in line is Charles Seely's only brother, Hilton Nigel Matthew SEELY (b 1940), who is twice married with three sons born in 1972, 1975 and 1993, all apparently unm. There are many more in line who are descendants of the 1st Baronet.

The new Baronet, William V C Seely (born 1983) is listed as "Single" on fb. Currently resident in Glaston, Rutland.
Regarding the sons of Hilton N M Seely - there are two by his first marriage. The elder is Charles H Seely (born 1972) - he appears to be resident in San Francisco, US, and cannot infer anything else about him. The second son is Dominic E Seely (born 1975), still in the UK (London), and fb implies he may have a daughter, but nothing more definitive than that. Third son from a second marriage - Max A P Seely (born 1993) - resident in W14 London 2019.
