From the Daily Telegraph 24 February 2016 - death of CHORLEY Lord. Died peacefully on 21st February aged 85.  Private cremation.

He was Roger Richard Edward Chorley, 2nd Baron Chorley having succeeded his father 1978.  He was born 14 August 1930 and married in 1964 Ann Debenham having had two sons, the elder of whom (Hon Nicholas Rupert Debenham Chorley b 1966 and married in 1964 to Morag Smith) now succeeds to the Barony.  Lord Chorley was formerly an elected hereditary peer (Cross-bencher) in the House of Lords having retired on 17 November 2014

I have never heard of a man marrying  before he was born? Do either of the two brotherw have any male issue?

Debretts 2011 lists both sons as being married,  20 and 11 years respectively but neither are listed with any issue, does anyone have anymore information?  In addition there is a younger brother to the late baron who has been married thrice but has no male issue.

The Times of the 15 Dec 1994 announced the engagement of Nicholas Chorley and Morag dau of W S SMITH of St. Andrews. They married in Scotland in 1996 (reg St Andrews ref 413/00 0097).  Their issue:
