From the Telegraph and Times of 18 December 2019: Mr S.M.D. Fane and Miss V.N. Kirkova - The engagement is announced between Sam, son of the Hon Harry and Mrs Fane, and Viktoria, daughter of Mr and Mrs Nikolay Kirkovi.

Sam Michael David (b 1989) s of Hon Harry St Clair FANE (b 1953, s of 15th Earl of WESTMORLAND (1924-93)) and Tessa (b 1955) d of Michael Philip FORSYTH-FORREST (d 2007) and Robina Jill GROSVENOR (1930-2014, gt gd of 1st Duke of WESTMINSTER (1825-99)).

The above website features Sam Fane (podcaster & tuber) & his wife Victoria Kirkova-Fane. They appear to have a daughter MIA (who was probably born in 2021/2022 as article is dated 7/1/2023. Date of marriage not given either but Victoria is definitely refered to as Victoria Kirkova-Fane. Sam is heir to his uncle the 16th Earl of Westmorland.  NOT IN DPB
