I believe the heirs to this Baronetcy to be:

0. Sir Rupert Gull, 5th Baronet (b 1954), incumbent

1. Mark Capel James Gull (born 1962), a grandson of the 2nd Baronet

2. Philip Richard T Gull (born 1995), son of 1

3. Angus William John Gull (born 1963), younger brother of 1

4. Peter Gerald J Gull (born 2000), son of 3.

There are no further heirs

The recent Standing Council of the Baronetage publication suggests that Angus WJ Gull is the hp, and there is only one heir under 35, which contradicts the above. I can find no deaths for Mark/Philip. Am I missing something?

Henry, the list is actually shorter than that.

Per Debrett's 2015, Mark is adopted so he and his son are not in remainder.

Angus is the heir presumptive.  His son Peter is the only other male in remainder.
