According  to a GRO search he died Q1 2021 Wandsworth.  The Year of Birth is corroborated on the GRO index.  His death is recorded in Debrett's Online, showing him dying unm.

He was son of Gerald Thomas OHLSON (1917 - 1971), son of Sir Erik Olof OHLSON, 1st Baronet, and Majorie Beryl DAVIES (died 2005).  He was lately heir presumptive to the OHLSON baronetcy.

Debrett's online contradicts a previous theory I had about this man:

In fact, after further investigation, the Christopher Mark OHLSON who married Sally A V F. and had issue was born 1964, so not our man.

There are now NO HEIRS to this title.  The 4th Baronet was born 1939 and is married with two daus (b 1971 / 1974).

I found the following online: http://www.passingthrough.uk/uploads/1/6/5/7/16572376/ohlson_christopher-v4final_-_smallercopy.pdf

It is an order of service for the memorial service of a Christopher OHLSON, dated 15 March 2021.  I believe it relates to this man (no other Christopher OHLSONs died late 2020 or early 2021, but there was a death Q2 2020 in Milton Keynes which could be this man); additionally there is a reference to a cousin, Peter OHLSON.  The 4th Baronet is named Peter OHLSON and is Christopher's first cousin.

The order of service indicates that Christopher was married to Finna. They married in Piccadilly, but unclear when.  No issue is mentioned.

It looks like the baronetcy should be on your list https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Newprogressive/Peerage_titles_with_no_heirs

Henry, I just took a look at your updated list.  (Thanks for the update.)

It's amazing the number of hereditary peerage titles alone that will become extinct in the next 30 years or so.  Of the 41 peers without heirs, I counted only 4 (Westminster, Harlech, Hawke and Rossmore) under age 45.

It's true that a few titles will just decrease in rank (i.e., Westminster to a marquessate, Abergavenny to an earldom), but considering the only possible hereditary peerages in the next 2 decades may be for Charlotte and Louis,  that's a pretty significant loss.
